I have perfomance problem with one of my survey.
It’ s very fast on the android buet when i try to open the form or the data on my pc i receive this message after few second:

Would you mind checking the speed of you internet from both of your devices (smartphone as well as an internet) using an online speed test site like the one provided here. It provides you information on PING, DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD. You could then compare the results from both your devices and see if it’s something related with the capacity of the device to connect to an internet.
