I was wondering if you could advise on an error we get ‘Loading Error’ when we try to upload completed forms via KoBo Collect Android App. Could you kindly advise what would be good steps to take? Apologies for a basic query as I am trying to troubleshoot this remotely without having access to this app myself, and I am concerned that reinstalling the app may cause forms to be deleted. Thank you very much for your advice.
