Loading Error - Request to forms failed

Hi,

I have a fresh new kobo server with ubuntu 22.04.
I got an error when try to collect data with the web. It showed “Request to https://kc.mydomain.com/admin/formList?formID=aTNHyybkbzwA56s4N2t7hq failed.”

I also could not manage to download the form with the android app. I can see the form int the list, but when I try to get selected form, it says : 1 of 1 download failed !

Any help appreciated.

It is solved.
The problem is because I change the default name from super_admin to admin.
We cannot use ‘admin’ as a username.
