Loading Error seen while trying to enter data using web entry link

Dear all - I am getting error message with web link for web entry. Below is the link i am using:

But the form is actually exists and working fine in app version. Kindly suggest the possible solution. Will be very helpful.

@aditya, could you share with us the following (through a private message) so that we could have a closer look at our end:

  • Username
  • Project
  • Server

@aditya, I observed that your admin account had checked Require authentication to see forms and submit data.

I unchecked them from the admin account, logged into your enumerator’s account, and then tried to open the survey link. I could open the survey link without any issue.

Note: In addition, I could also see that the enumerator’s account was not provided with a row-level-permission. If you wish to provide the same permission and proceed, you will need to check the Require authentication to see forms and submit data in both the admin account and the enumerator’s account.
