Hello there, I’m having issues with one of our surveys loading (Enketo Express for KoboToolbox) - it takes a long time to load then gives the loading error “string did not match expected pattern”.
It’s a very short survey, only 6 simple questions and it works on desktop (using chrome and connected to wifi) but mainly having issues accessing via smartphone (using 4G). Any idea what the issue could be and how it can be resolved?

Welcome to the community, @havenforartists! Was it an issue with the Collect android app or the Enketo that is having an issue with your device? Could you also let us know your device model (and its OS)? If you are using the Collect android app, please also let us know the version. These details should help us troubleshoot and solve your issue. In addition, could you also share with the community a screenshot of the issue from your device? It would be helpful for the community.
