Loading form Error for Kobo form loading in other PCs, what could be wrong with my PC

m getting Loading error when loading this form in 4 of my 5 PCs, but the other PCs works fine along with others outside the network. What could be the issue? Enketo Express for KoboToolbox

Welcome to the community, @farahbrian! Could you also share a screenshot of the error message you see on your end? Maybe the community should be able to understand your issue pictorially and then help you out.

@farahbrian ,ensure you csv external file is properly formatted. In the CSV file,open the format tab and clear format.
