Our users are often prompted to login before submitting, even if they are already logged in. It’s not a stale connection issue because the prompt comes up even if the user just logged in seconds ago.
Clearing browser cache/history/etc then logging back in makes this go away, however, any queued submissions are lost when clearing browser data, so we cannot use this workaround.
What can be causing this issue?
Are you facing this on your android phone or online(desktop) . In case of android phone due to low internet connectivity you can face this issues.

Yes that could be it. Users are out on the field. Will ask them to keep an eye on connectivity next time they are prompted to login
