Losing data

Hello every one, I created a form for data after entry the data I did some changes in the form, unfortunately some data hided from the columns that I bring changes, how I can recover them again?, I did not backup from my data before the changes.

Thank for your reply, but unfortunately it did not works after downgliding also I don have all my missed data. is there another way to recover my data

@pouyaedris, what is the tentative number of cases missing from your server? Could you also share some clues of how you identified the missing cases in your dataset? Screenshots should be helpful if you should have any.
