Lost draft submission

I lost my draft submission twice in this week.
my team use the browser for collect data.
the data is very important, and we cannot re-collect it.
the team has confirmed they do not delete the cache browser and don’t install any application that do that.
I read all solutions in the forum, but it doesn’t success.
but because the data is very important i write a new topic.

Also, an automatic browser update might empty the browser. Or a configuration to “clean-up” after closing the browser. Or a bad usage of the reload/discard feature.
Did you update/redeploy the form during their work?
