Make question mandatory based on previous answer

I want to make a question mandatory when the previous ‘text question’ is answered (independently of the answer given).

@coral_sanchez, you could do it as outlined in the image shared below:

In the survey tab of your XLSForm:

In the choices tab of your XLSForm:

Data entry screen as seen in Enketo when nothing is entered in the Text Question:

Here Age is still not a mandatory question.

Data entry screen as seen in Enketo when something is entered in the Text Question:

Here Age is now a mandatory question once the question Name is filled in.
