Making survey form based on an already existed database

Hi there!
I am trying to create a Kobo form that will add data to an already existed excel sheet.
each entry (person) in my excel sheet has a unique ID, and because it is a large number of entries I would like to have the first page (search and select) the person with his unique ID, then complete the survey.
Any help with creating the Xls for the form would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the community! Yes, you could do this by using the pull data function that is available in KoBoToolbox. You could have a look at the support article on pull data here.

You could practice this by replacing the barcode (Code) of the csv file with the ones that you have from any of your books (this is the one that i had them with me).
