Making the same choices visible (for those that were selected in the previous question) in the next question

@Kal_Lam Hi! Could you please show me how I could do the above but keep one option regardless if it was previously selected or not?

For example, if D is selected for Top-1, it should appear for Top-2 as well. But for A,B, and C, this will not be the case.
