Map not showing on form when viewing on iPad or Android mobile

I have created a form for recording otter sightings which is accessed through our website. When going to the form on a computer or laptop it works fine, but on an iPad or Android mobile the map for inputting the geographic location does not display. Can anyone provide some help with this?

Have you tried using placement-map under the appearance as shown in the image below:

I’m using the form building UI so I’ll try that thanks. Odd though that it works on a PC or laptop but not iPad or mobile

You should be able to view the map then.
