Map view of many geo points

@nkue, we already have a feature request for this feature:

Show GPS location for all geopoint-questions in a form

For a project I’m working on right now it would be really helpful if it was possible to see all the GPS points for every question in the map at once, for forms with multiple geopoint questions. At the moment only one locations per form is shown on the map.
