My form has been created in Catalan.
I would like the user interface to also be in Catalan (ie, for them not to see English anywhere).
I came across the instructions (see below) but don{t quite understand how or where to add the Catalan subtag (ca) on either my webform (ideally) or the xls form.
Form language and user interface language may be determined separately by the application and may not match. To facilitate matching both (in the future), it is recommended, though optional, to add a 2-character language code after the language name. The official 2-character language codes, called subtags are published here
