I am facing an issue when creating a Matrix Question, once I Save the form another language will be add will I try to deploy I will be requested to name that new language, and then the Labels in the Matrix question will be removed, once I re-enter all labels for the matrix question and save it then again a language will be add when I try to deploy it will ask me to name the new language then the Labels in the matrix question will be removed again.
it is a cycle.

The problem happens in both Chrome and Firefox browser, However I recreated the form without defining any language and it worked,
But now I have another issue in the matrix, after saving and deploying the form, the order of Rows in the matrix changed. for example
I Created like this:
Header 1 Header 2 Header 3
Row1
Row2
Row3
Row4
and it changed to this:
Header 1 Header 2 Header 3
Row3
Row1
Row4
Row2
