My survey has a question regarding the percentage of fishing gear disposed, reused, recycled, and repaired. Is it possible to split the columns (disposed, reused, recycled, repaired) to collect data for 1.a percentage disposed, 1.b method of disposal; 2.a percentage reused, 2.b method of reuse…etc. I would like the method sections to have a drop down menu of choices as well. I have attached the format of the table in the image below. Please let me know how I should go about it.
