Matrix with rows filtered from a previous selection

Hello

I woud like to know if it is possible to have a matrix that shows its rows from a previous selection as im showing in this example:

Q1: Select your favorite color. Options: Blue, Red, Orange

Q2: This would be a matrix that has as rows the selected colors in Q1 and the columns would be fixed questions like: do you use this color in your clothes? (Yes/No), do you use this color to choose your cars (yes/no), etc…

Thanks for your help. I am having trouble when I want to filter the rows.
