@george, if you want to change the admin account details, please reach us at support@kobotoolbox.org with the following details so that we could proceed with your request:

Admin details (old owner)

  • Username
  • Email id registered with the username
  • Server

Admin details (new owner)

  • Username
  • Email id to be changed

Please note that you will need to reach us through the email id that was registered with the user account. We will be unable to proceed with your request if you fail to do so. Kindly refer this to as a cross-check that the genuine owner has reached us with the request.
