Media cvs file not working on kobocollect mobile app

I am having an issue with usings the preloaded csv data on the kobocollect mobile app. I upload the csv file under media and follow the instructions under xls website for XLSForm Docs. The questionnaire work on the online platform perfectly, but on the app I get an error message "no such column: c_(name of area) (sqlite code 1 SQLITE_ERROR:; while compiling: select c_(name of area) FROM externalData, (OS error-2 No such file of directory).

I am trying to use the csv to search and select for location data in the questionnaire.

Welcome to the community, @missy! Maybe there should be an issue in your CSV file. Could you share them with the community? The community should be able to help you identify the issue.
