Currently, zipped media files are individually stored in separate folders, one for each form. An option to select whether you would like your media files stored all together or separately would be very useful!
At the moment, we manually copy across media files from each folder to a central location. Although we do use ODK briefcase to extract, the idea of our KoBo forms is to create easy data collection and download for our communities to do without external help. By adding this feature, you will be removing a lot of extra steps and/or need for advanced understanding of data management practices.
