Media export zip archive corrupted

Hi,
I can’t download the media attachment.
The file is 10.7 GB. I tried with Free Media Downloader is still does not work.
The archive is downloaded, but it appears that the file is corrupted.
Only a very small fraction of the picture are accessible after unzipping.
Could you please help me access the pictures collected?

Second this. I’ve got the same issue and the DownThemAll extension through Firefox also doesn’t work for me - eu.kobotoolbox comes up blank in Firefox.

@Ali34, @iyd, @co2balance I checked this out at my end. Yes, even after successfully downloading the media attachments, you are not able to get the media files safely in the Zip folder. I even got the error message you got. This is happening as your media file is too large. We are currently working on a new feature that would be able to download the media files in batches so that the system can handle the server time-out limit.
