I recently transferred some Kobo forms to a different account (in June 2024), the project is on the global server. However, when I download the data in XLS format and click on media hyperlinks in the spreadsheet, the links are now broken (it opens a tab which says “Attachment not found”). It appears that the media did not transfer with the project. Is this a known issue? And if so, how can I resolve this?

Hi @Kal_Lam, sure. I tried to upload two screenshots but I’m only allowed to upload one as I’m a new user apparently.
The screenshot on the left is of the data after it has been downloaded from KoboToolbox in XLS format. The hyperlinks are links to media fields in the Kobo form.
The screenshot on the right is the tab that opens after clicking on the hyperlink. Before we transferred the form to a new account, the relevant image/photo would appear. But after transferring the project to a new account it appears the path to the photo is now broken (which means we have now lost tens of thousands of photos corresponding to these records), so I want to see how I can access the relevant media/photos again.
