Media logo image is missing on project form

hi, guy i will appreaciate you if you help me about how to fix this bug about media logo on project form , iam try many time but i does not work for me kindly any one assist me about that issue

Welcome to the community, @ramaalibonga! Have you deployed your survey project after you uploaded the image? Deploying the survey project should solve your issue.

Dear @Kal_Lam,
Would you mind to have a look at the support documentation, please:
https://support.kobotoolbox.org/add_logo.html?highlight=media%20logo.
It seems that a final deployment is not mentioned there. (Only form download after logo-upload). Perhaps updating the documentation might help the community.
