Migrating from On-Premise Kobo to Kobo EU

ODK Briefcase is no longer maintained.
What is the up to date solution in order to migrate from one server to another?

Hi,

We’d like to migrate some data located in our own Kobo instance to eu.kobotoolbox.org.

So far, we’ve tried:

Exporting data using Kobo API and upload it to our eu.kobotoolbox.org account. The form import works fine but the submission upload fails, https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org repeatedly rejects our submissions with this error: No XForm matches the given query. Note that we’re using Kobo@2.023.37l
Exporting data as XLSX and importing them using https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/[username]/bulk-submission-form, but again, we’re facing the same error: No XForm matches the given query

What is the recommended way to do so?
