MISSING - Allow submissions to this form without a username and password

TO: Kobo Toolbox Support Team,

I am working on a survey questionnaire and I want to share a LINK of the survey with public respondents, some of whom may not have the KoBo Toolbox account.

Unfortunately the OPTION to “Allow submissions of the form without a Username & Password” is missing in my interface.

Please assist me on how I can resolve the error and ‘Allow submissions of the form without a Username & Password’ on the ‘FORM’ interface.
