Hello ,I have a problem that the archived files do not appear in the account, even when I create a new file and send it to the archive when I update the browser it disappears.
Welcome to the community, @pfo1ku! Was it a project that you created/deployed or was it a project created and deployed by your colleague and shared with you? I mean are you the admin owner of the archived project that is missing?
Thank you for your response. Yes, I am the admin, and I previously had many projects in the archive. However, I recently noticed that the archive folder now shows 0 items. I tried creating new projects and moving them to the archive, but the same issue occurs. Initially, the folder shows 1 item, but after refreshing the page, it goes back to 0.
@pfo1ku, so did you mean when you try to archive a project the project disappears from the system? Could you kindly confirm if I understood your issue correctly? If this is the case, could you also let us know the server you are using so that we could quickly test it at our end?
Yes correct, and I use the EU-based server.
@pfo1ku, I just tested the archive project feature and had no issues archiving and unarchiving the project. There could be one possibility. I am afraid you pressed the Delete Project and Data instead of pressing the Archive Project, as they both are near to each other.
