Missing Data from Forms - Rating Questions

URGENT HELP !! I have a mandatory response Rating Question in my forms. Each part needs to be answered to go to the next question.

When I am exporting data the fields are EMPTY!! The data is not showing on reports TAB either.

Need help finding that data!

Hello, I have a problem with rating questions. I don’t understand why after filling out the rating questions, and checked the data response. I found nothing though I set mandatory option. I tried almost ten times, but still Can anyone help with with that? Thanks.
