I submitted data from the Kobocollect to the server but unfortunately have failed to get the data on the server. Kindly help me out how i could retrieve this dataset. thanks
@Symphorosa, could you also share a screenshot of the Settings>Server from your Collect android app (where you sent your data to the server)? We can investigate your case with this screenshot.
