I am facing an odd issue when the surveys are filled and sent to the server it’s showing that there are submission, however, everything is empty when I am trying to check the data or download it. What is the reason am I doing something wrong? (I’m using the android app to fill the forms)

Welcome to the community! This may happens if the forms are encrypted. Please ensure whether the survey forms are encrypted or not. If it’s encrypted you will need to decrypt to see the data.

Thank you very much, I really appreciate your fast response… I received ready forms and I just deployed them so I wasn’t aware about the encryption.
