Missing searching box in the data table

Dear Kobo Support Community
I am facing a problem with Kobo Toolbox. In few day ago, I noticed that searching box in data table is missing. I have been unable to resolve the problem on my own.

I want to find registered data by searching. But the option is not available.

I changed how `isTableColumnFilterable` works, renamed it and added one more for clarity. Added few comments too. ## Related issues
