Missing submissions and data

Hi,

I had a team of data collectors using he offline and online versions of the deployed forms but some submissions did not come through.

How ca I recover this data?

@Elyjoy, did your team use the web form to collect data? Did they submit the data to the server? Maybe some of the data are still stuck in the server. Could you verify this with your team?

One team used webforms and they did submit the data.

The other team used offline forms and also submitted the data.

How can I retrieve the data still stuck on the server?
