When the responder selects a link in the image
This link was put to allow the responder to check the website of the topic if they need, but it is not hyperlinked, it is just a text.
How to prevent this moving from the page?

I am familiar with this code; however, I have approximately 150 tools that require the addition of hyperlinks. To prevent any potential issues with the survey, I opted to use plain text instead of hyperlinked text. Is there a solution to prevent the text from shifting if the links are not hyperlinked?
