when i added three languages to one form and DEPLOY only 1st language is working good but other two languages are having issues

this is English which is ok.
the same table in hindi the header are missing. and i try to add it many times but every time i deploy it, somethings in tables go missing.
i am unable to add screenshots.
it says " An error occurred: Sorry, new users can only put one embedded media item in a post. "
Can you add just one screenshot per your reply and try again?

@cultyvate, if you download your form as XLSForm, you should see that some of the translations under the Hindi language should be missing. Try updating the translation in your XLSForm and that should solve your issue.
