Multiple choice priority order and ranking

Hi there,
I need your hand.
The question is that multiple selection question with corresponding to ranking question:

the 1st selected in multiple choice must be placed in the 1st in ranking order, the 2nd selected in multiple choice must be placed in the 2nd in ranking order extra.
