Multiple editing of records

Dear Kobo community,
I used to do multiple editing while cleaning my data but now days it no longer works.
What happened to it.

I added questions like age, gender… in the raster data, redeployed the form and edited the data accordingly however I can’t download in the XLS file. Is it possible to download all the edited information?

Would you please help me in this regard?
