Multiple submissions randomly appeared all at once on server days to weeks after submitting

I’ve identified the person who made the edits to those forms on July 14. They are based in California, which is 1 hour behind Honduras where the project is located. Looking at the original IDs versus the unintended new IDs, the new ones do appear to be exaclty 60 minutes before the original ones, indicating that it is likely the difference in time zones. @wroos @jnm

Hello @mike.destaubin,
start, today (metadata) and once( ) with readonly do never change through editing.

We also use a widget (acknowledge) showing now() or today() to let the enumerator verify/confirm that her/his device is correctly configured.
