In our work we need to enable multiple users on multiple PCs to work on the very same form before submitting it. Please advise if there is any possibility to share the draft between multiple users? (Unfortunately, just sending multiple forms by multiple users is not an option here.)

Thank you, @Kal_Lam ! No, the form has already been designed. It is for responses to the form. Some of the responses have to be submitted as a single response despite different people on different PCs working on the response together.
@benda, sorry to inform you that submitting only a part of a submission from one PC is not possible. The submission has to be complete when submitting to the server.
