We have a form on Kobo Collect app that appears in multiple versions “separately” in the “Start new form” menu. It’s been deployed as a one form on Kobo toolbox but we’ve no idea why it appears many times on the app,
What could be the reason for this issue?
Welcome to the community, @dinaalfarouki! You can resolve this issue by checking the Hide old form versions
from your Collect Android App
as outlined below:
Settings>Form management>Hide old form versions
You may see all the form versions in your app if this settings has been unchecked in your app.
