My data no longer opens

J’ai besoin d’aide pour accéder à mes données. J’ai accès à mon compte “EU” et je peux voir le nombre total de soumission.

Mais dès que je clic sur “DATA” voici l’écran d’erreur qui apparait:

I’ve deployed two projets, I face the same error when I clic on “data” of the seconde project also.
