Dear Team, We have completed entering out project data into kobotoolbox. However, after downloading the dataset, upon opening it a pop message indicates that ‘is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?’ and it never opens it.
I am worried something has happened to my data. Your urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
@allan02, could you also share a screenshot of your error message? This should help us troubleshoot your issue.
