After filling out a form while editing the form, entries in a “repeat” group appear with the name of the group followed by an interactive number. Is it possible to make the different entries appear with the name of the value?

To clarify my question, here is an illustration. My repeat group is called “Observateur” with 3 repeats in my example. A loop contains three values 1) first and last name, 2) organization, 3) role. I would like the value “First name Last name” to appear instead of 1. Observateur 2. Observateur etc.
