Name rather than the label to go to the database

Hello Team,
Any help will highly be appreciated

Am using html to color code in kobo collect.Its able to display colors yes but the html file
Y goes to the db instead of the color assigned to it.Attached is the excel file am using
Test_data set.xlsx (10.7 KB)

I have also used the sample data and getting the same results.What goes to the database is the labels

@danoti, have you tried viewing your data table view as shown in the image below?

The settings should display the name instead of the label.

Yes, That works but for for choice on
But does not work for cases where you would want to display colors on the user interface and have the numbers assigned to those inputs as data

What is want is the numbers representing these in the database rather than the
