"Name this form" not appearing

Hello, I am new to Kobotoolbox, and I love the platform.

I have a question. The first forms I built had a “Name this form” option before you finally validated it. This has changed in the last 2 days. The forms now do not have it. Was it something I missed?

Is there an option to switch this on and off?
