My colleagues who are helping me to gather some data are having issues with the photo-taking question. They said they are not able to directly take the photos using their phones’ camera, but it links to their phones’ gallery folders. Appreciate very much any advice. Any suggestion on solving this issue, Lam. I did not have the same issue before with some past short and quick surveys.
@faafetai, maybe you will need to use Collect android app instead of using the Enketo aka web forms. That should solve your issue.
