Need Assistance with XLSForm: Issues with Field Types and Calculations

Hello Kobo expert, I am facing a issues and need your support to resolve them. I am attaching a screenshot and the XLSForm for your reference.

  1. The “Quantity Received” and “Total Distributed”

    fields are currently set as note types. I want to change these fields to integer types to facilitate automatic calculations.
  2. Instead of displaying numbers, I want the form to show descriptive labels for items. For example, instead of showing a number, it should display “Workplace harassment frame” for the quantity received.
  3. The last three calculation-related fields should be repeated after selecting each item description. If I choose two options, these last calculation fields should appear twice. Additionally, if I choose more than one type of distribution, the relevant options are not showing. When I choose one option, it shows the relevant option. For example, if I choose GBV material and FP kits supplies, the next options related to both should be shown.
