Need Help with Showing Relevant Sub-activities and Options Based on Activity Selection

Hello Kobo Experts,

I need support in setting up a form where selecting an Activity dynamically shows the relevant Sub-activities in the next question, and then based on the selected sub-activity, only the relevant options are displayed.

For example:

  • When the user selects “HF Staff Training” as a sub-activity, I want only the options “Number of Sessions / Meetings (#)” and “Number of Health Facilities (#)” to appear.
  • Similarly, for other activities, the relevant sub-activities and options should be displayed.

Please see the attached screenshot for a reference. The yellow highlighted fields show which options should be relevant for each sub-activity.
