As you can see in subject the growing figures of household (38 133 out of 368 909 households forcasted by project) and houselhold 105 624 persons (143 759 out of 2 000 000) up to September 14th 2019 ending by 13 October 2019 (45 days for new project survey), I have planed to download xls raw data file size limit of 33 MB with 143 759 pictures via DownThemAll and empty the View data table. through kobo server (https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/guiprscs/) so that facilitate download limit of 33 MB xls file and prepare storage of new 33 MB xls raw data file.
I’m scared if xls raw data file grows so much (40MB, 50MB,…100MB) and can not download it !!!
What advise can u provide to me for this matter as it is an urgent matter since Excel file is growing and growing ?

Welcome to the community! Looking at your issue, i would suggest you not to worry about the current size (33 MB) you are having and would suggest you not to delete the survey records (while your data collection is still going on, as if and in case you accidentally delete some of the records it would be very difficult to extract them back).
To be more clear on the data size you are permitted, please have a look at the support article on Which Server Should I Use?. It should brief you about the data storage you are allowed.
Thank you so much for your guidances on issue. Will just keep on monitoring survey data transfert and and simply download xls file, even check pictures and houselhold GPS spots on field online since I’m using unlimitted Kobo server option (https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info) instead of the non humanitarian one (https://kf.kobotoolbox.org) which is unluckily limited to 10 000 submission per month and per user with 5GB data storage total size.
Morover, I need to download excel file not only to remote monitore survey for data check and correction in case of errors done by enumerators on field but to additionnaly populate my database platform (Access, Sql Server) to show up application data use on VBNET GUI (Graphcal User Interface) and finally get web application for project implementing partners, institutions, donors and government.
