I normally get the URL from this link https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data. Then, paste the link to the excel query by adding “.xls” at the end of the link. I can get the data with XML values and headers foramt. However, it does not work anymore for specific KOBO form. I tried several times but it is unsuccessful. It keep saying "Web Contents failed to get contents from “https://…” (500): Internal Sever Error. Could you please help me?

I believe humanitarianresponse.info url is not working anymore. You need to switch the new url link which is https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/

Thank you so much. But I still get this error “‘https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/546821.xls’ (500): Internal Server Error”".

Of course. But it is still not working 
can you try it as xlsx instead of xls? If i remember something about not supporting xls anymore in the api but i couldn’t find it.
