New error message for one person using a survey

Hi there, i’ve created a form which is being used fine by most users, but just one user gets this error, whenever they try to load the form (on the App and browser versions). Is anyone able to suggest a solution? Thanks!

Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved.

SyntaxError: Failed to execute ‘querySelectorAll’ on ‘Element’: ‘.question input[data-type-xml=“geopoint”]:not([data-setvalue], [data-setgeopoint]), .question input[data-type-xml=“geotrace”]:not([data-setvalue], [data-setgeopoint]), .question input[data-type-xml=“geoshape”]:not([data-setvalue], [data-setgeopoint])’ is not a valid selector.

@abaneke, the error message you have been seeing could be a browser issue. Try using modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. These modern browsers should help you avoid getting the same. But having said that, please also note that these browsers should be updated to it’s latest version.
